â€˜Early Morning Boot Campâ€™ starts on Monday 13 â€“ Friday 17 August 2012 it starts at 6.30 am each morning and lasts for one hour. All sessions are fun, varied and balanced, ensuring all energy systems areÂ utilizedÂ giving all participants the maximum benefit whatever their goal.
Mark is an expert in making the sessions not only fun and enjoyable but also manages to get one more exercise out of the client, whatever their level.

Thursday – Power Bags
Friday – Steps
The cost to attend an â€˜Early Morning Boot Campâ€™ is Â£30 for the whole week or Â£8 per session.
