What time do I need to be at Reboot?
You need to arrive at Reboot for a 1pm start on the Monday of your Boot Camp.

Why is Reboot for five days and other boot camps are for seven days?
Your body needs to rest for at least two days each week to allow your body to recover.
When we train we simply distribute oxygen to the muscles and break the body down. The body’s reaction to being broken down is to come back fitter and stronger and this occurs on our rest days.
What time will I leave Reboot?
We will vacate the accommodation after lunch at 1.00pm on the Friday.
Am I fit enough to come to Reboot?
All ages, shapes, experience and fitness levels will achieve great results at Reboot. We adapt our fitness training based on your needs, so that you can achieve your goals.
What is the accommodation like?
Our accommodation has been selected to ensure that you feel comfortable,
relaxed and taken care of during the week. It has been chosen so that you are not disturbed by anyone else who is not part of Reboot. This is a unique experience for you to take time out for a week and throw yourself into a life changing experience.
If I book a room to share, who do I share with?
We offer private and shared rooms, the majority of our clients share with people they have not met before, many forming close friendships during that week.
What will I eat during Reboot?
You will eat three wholesome, nutritionally balanced meals everyday, along with healthy snacks and plenty of fluids. This will ensure your blood sugar levels remain balanced.
If I need a special diet because of medical reasons will this be ok?
If you have a medical condition and you require a special diet please let us know and we will prepare tasty dishes to suit your requirements. We cater for vegetarians, coeliacs, hallal, dairy intolerance and pretty much everything in between.

Direct trains are from Waterloo, London to Axminster which takes 2 ½ hours.
We advise you to check www.thetrainline.com for the best rates available. Reboot
is approximately 10 miles from Axminster train station.
We would suggest that all clients purchase open tickets in case times change slightly for arrival and departure.

What support will I receive after Reboot?
You will receive a three-month fitness training programme after Reboot. You will have created your own Reboot Training Plan during your stay and you will have menus and nutritional information to continue your healthy eating plan.

Reboot is owned by Mark Hooks BSc (Hons), one of the best health and fitness coaches in the UK with over 15 years experience. Reboot also has a fantastic team of fitness coaches working alongside Mark.
Reboot has its own nutritionist, Naomi Devlin BA (Hons), who will help you lose weight and reach optimum health in a sensible, easy and sustainable way.
When you sign up to Reboot your training starts immediately.
You will receive: one to one telephone calls with Mark Hooks, who will give you advice and direction on how to get started at home today with a personalized weekly training programme. It is also a good time for us to get to know you before you arrive and to then personalize your five day residential plan at the camp. We will also discuss your nutrition and have you complete a typical weekly diet plan so we can discuss this prior to your arrival and help you start making some changes before you arrive.
After leaving REBOOT you will receive three months of weekly training programmes leading up to a specific, challenging yet manageable goal.
Can you tell me more about your 3 month training plan?
You will continually receive weekly emails and follow up calls from Mark, the head fitness coach, along with a personal weekly training programme building up to a goal that you will have set with the team during your week. Mark will be available throughout the three months to continue with advice.
