What time do I need to arrive at Reboot Fitness Boot Camp?

  • You need to arrive at the Bournemouth Westcliff Hotel for an 11.00am start on the Monday of your boot camp. Please make sure that before you arrive you are well hydrated and are in your training gear, ready to get started!

Why should I choose Reboot Dorset?

  • Reboot is unique! Our fitness and weight loss boot camps take a holistic approach, combining the physical, nutritional and psychological elements of good health for long term results. With a personalised training plan available to all guests, both before and after their boot camp, we do everything we can to ensure you reach your targets.

Why are your boot camps for 5 days, and not 7 like others?

  • With this level of activity you need to rest at least two days each week to allow your body to recover. When we train we simply distribute oxygen to the muscles being used and break the body down. The body’s reaction to being broken down is to come back fitter and stronger after rest. Many guests find they continue to experience weight loss and a reduction in their measurements over the weekend following Reboot.

What time will I leave the fitness boot camp?

  • You will leave Reboot after lunch at around 1pm on the Friday. If you’re travelling by train, we do suggest you book an open return in case there are any changes to our standard start and finish times.

Am I fit enough to attend Reboot?

  • We’re a friendly bunch and actively welcome all ages, genders, shapes, experience and fitness levels to our fitness boot camps. Our personalised approach means we adapt our fitness sessions according to your needs – our aim is to have everyone leave us with the knowledge and skills to achieve their goals.

What is the boot camp accommodation like?

  • The location has been chosen to ensure that we are easy to get to and close to the stunning beaches and scenery that Dorset has to offer. It really is a chance to take time out and give it your all, making this a life changing experience. The accommodation has been selected to ensure that you feel comfortable, relaxed and taken care of during the week. There are a variety of room types available with something to suit every budget. Whichever option you choose, all rooms are clean, well designed, spacious and comfortable.

If I book a shared room, but I am coming alone, who do I share with?

  • All shared rooms are allocated on arrival. The majority of our guests share with people they have not met before, many forming close friendships during the week. If you prefer your own space, we also have private rooms available.

What will I eat during the fitness boot camp?

  • The Reboot menu is designed by our Boot Camp nutritionist to ensure your blood sugar is kept stable and you have all that your body needs to get the most out of your training sessions. You will eat three wholesome, nutritionally balanced meals everyday, along with healthy snacks and plenty of fluids. We don’t believe in starvation or deprivation and the typical day’s menu is full of delicious food.

If I need a special diet for medical or religious reasons will that be okay?

  • Absolutely, just let us know. We cater for vegetarians, coeliacs, halal, dairy intolerance and pretty much everything in between.

How do I get to Reboot Fitness Boot Camp?

  • The boot camp address is: The Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel, Durley Chine Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5JS, England. Travelling by train or car are the best options. We are approximately five minutes from Bournemouth train station and we have plenty of free car parking spaces. We would suggest that all guests travelling by train purchase an open ticket in case arrival or departure times change slightly. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about getting to us.

Should I notify Reboot if I have any injuries, illnesses, or allergies?

  • Yes please. All guests are required to complete a ParQ before their boot camp. Reboot is a fitness boot camp, and as such, you will be doing physical exercise every day. Our boot camp trainers are highly trained fitness professionals and take every care to ensure that none of our guests get injured but we suggest you take out personal insurance, as you would with any other physical activity holiday.

Where is the office of Reboot located?

  • Clarendon Business Centre, Chester House,, Chester House, 81-83 Fulham High St, London, Fulham, Greater London. SW6 3JA.

What support will I receive after my boot camp?

  • You will receive a three-month training programme after Reboot. This takes into account your current fitness levels, the time you have available to train, your preferred training methods and your goals. You will also receive nutritional information and all the boot camp recipes to help you continue your healthy eating plan.

Will this fitness boot camp be suitable for me?

  • Reboot fitness boot camp holidays are suited to everyone. Since our first boot camp we have welcomed guests from all walks of life and have hundreds of fitness boot camp testimonials from guests who have worked with us. We realise that everyone comes to us with a different history and a different goal. We tailor our approach to the individual and are fully committed to helping you achieve your goal, whether that be to run for a minute or a marathon.

Can you tell me more about the three month training plan?

  • When you book a fitness boot camp your training starts immediately. You will receive personalised weekly training plans and/or one to one telephone calls with Mark, who will give you advice and direction on how to get started at home. It is also a good time for us to get to know you before you arrive so that we can begin to tailor the boot camp sessions around the people coming. After your boot camp you will receive 12 weekly training programmes leading up to a specific, challenging yet manageable goal that you have personally set during the boot camp. The plans are individualised and created just for you, taking your goal, current fitness levels, amount of time you have for training, and your preferred training methods into account. We want you to achieve your goals and don’t rely on repeat customers for business. Many clients choose to come back, but not because they have to.

What do I need to bring?

  • Please bring along plenty of training kit, including several pairs of trainers, a refillable water bottle, toiletries and swim wear. We will send out a full kit list in your information pack when you book.

Okay, I’m in! What’s next?

  • To book, select your date and accommodation type from our bookings page. When we receive your booking we will send you an information pack and a training plan and you can also book a massage* with one of our therapists. Get started on your training plan and email the results to Mark on a Sunday morning to receive the next week’s plan. Designed to get you in the best shape possible in the lead up to boot camp, your plan will start you off in the right direction.
