We’re not a ‘drop a dress size’ boot camp. We believe that weight loss is inevitable when you eat the right foods and are physically active.

We encourage you to set a specific goal for the three months following boot camp. Through our presentations, led by Mark Hooks, we help you to understand the steps and processes you will need to make that goal a reality.
