Mark Hooks is the owner and head fitness coach at Reboot Fitness Boot Camp and also offers limited 1-2-1 personal training sessions in and around the Poole area. Mark has been personal training in Poole with great success for over 15 years. His unique personal training method is simple and aims to empower the client with the knowledge and confidence required to improve the standard of life and longevity.
The personal training sessions run once a week for 12 weeks. Each personal training session will focus on a specific element of training; speed, strength or endurance. After each personal training session in Poole the client is left with a weekly training plan to follow and complete. During the first two weeks of personal training the client will decide on a 3 monthly goal they wish to achieve. Each personal training session and training plan delivered will be done with this in mind, ensuring the 3 month goal is achieved. The personal training sessions can be delivered from either the client’s home or from 43 Seaview Rd, Poole, Dorset.
The 12 week personal training course will focus on the physical and psychological side of healthy wellbeing. The PT course will deliver everything that is covered during the 5 day Reboot Fitness Boot Camp but on a personal 1-2-1 level. The all inclusive price of £395 for the Reboot personal training course includes- 12 weekly personal training sessions, 12 weekly training plans, nutritional advice including recipes and use of equipment.
