The programme for each fitness and weight loss boot camp includes 25 fitness and relaxation sessions over the five days. This amount of exercise requires the body to recover for two days, so over the weekend you should rest, re-hydrate and eat nutritious food. Your body will come back fitter and stronger after resting and many guests find they continue to lose weight / inches in this time.
The planned sessions are reviewed each evening by our head instructor, Mark Hooks, to accommodate the fitness levels within each group.
Each day will include four fitness sessions and one Progressive Muscular Relaxation session or a stretch and relax class or swim, sauna and steam room at a local pool. Every session is different and may include boxing, circuits, runs, kettle-bells, power bags or even a trip to the beach.
