Triathlon Boot Camp – 1 March – 31 June 2013
Triathlon is one of the fastest growing sports around the world today it includes three disciplines a swim, a cycle and a run phase combined into one event. It caters for all levels offering distances from as little as swim several lengths in a pool, cycle 3km and run 500m up to Iron Man distances.
Mark Hooks head coach and owner of Reboot Dorset Fitness Boot Camp has been coaching triathlons for over 9 years to complete beginners to GB team athletes. He has a great ability to enhance the athletes performance while delivering a fun, interesting and varied training programme. Once you have completed the weekend Triathlon boot camp Mark will continue working with you either online or via 12 weekly 2 hour Triathlon sessions in Poole for a further three months leading up to the event. Mark will prescribe individually structured weekly training plans to follow. This will lead up to the Reboot Dorset triathlon held in Poole, Dorset on Saturday 1 June 2013.
The Reboot triathlon course starts on Friday 1 March – Sunday 3 March 2013. The weekend at Triathlon Boot Camp includes Endurance, Strength & Speed training sessions in all three disciplinesT the sessions are delivered in an educational manner explaining why it is important to include these sessions into your training schedule and how to adapt the sessions to maximize you performance.
During the week at Reboot a healthy nutritional menu will be provided with all the recipes available for you to take home and replicate. The Reboot nutritionist Naomi Devlin will deliver a workshop On Saturday giving you a better understanding why the menu has been designed.
At the triathlon boot camp we will help you develop a better understanding of the mind body connection and introduce strategies that you can adapt to increase your performance. Mark Hooks will run two Fitness workshops throughout the week helping you enhance your mental awareness and strength.

After the Triathlon Boot Camp weekend (Friday 1st March – Sunday 3rd March 2013) there is an option to attend 12 weekly triathlon sessions in Poole, Dorset at a reduced supplement of only £100 and this includes the Triathlon Event on Saturday 1 June 2013. If you only attend the weekly training sessions and not the boot camp weekend the cost of the course including the Triathlon Event is £295.
