Reboot Fitness Boot Camp run a five day boot camp from 1pm on Monday through to 1pm on Friday. This includes 25 fitness and relaxation sessions over the five days. This amount of exercise requires the body to recover for two days over the weekend when you should rest and eat nutritious food. When you train you are simply breaking the body down and your body’s reaction to this is to come back fitter and stronger after rest!
The timetable below is a typical day, however this is reviewed each evening by Mark to accommodate the fitness levels within each group.
