A Typical Day

Reboot Fitness Boot Camp run a five day boot camp from 1pm on Monday through to 1pm on Friday. This includes 25 fitness and relaxation sessions over the five days. This amount of exercise requires the body to recover for two days over the weekend when you should rest and eat nutritious food. When you train you are simply breaking the body down and your body’s reaction to this is to come back fitter and stronger after rest!

The timetable below is a typical day, however this is reviewed each evening by Mark to accommodate the fitness levels within each group.

  • 8.30am Breakfast
  • 9.15am Nutritional Workshop
  • 10.30am Beach Circuits / Sea Swim (Optional)
  • 12.00pm Boxing
  • 1.00pm Lunch
  • 1.45pm Mind & Body
  • 3.00pm Hills x 12
  • 4.30pm Fitness Presentation / Snack
  • 5.00pm Cross Fit
  • 6.15pm Dinner
  • 7.00pm Yoga
  • 7.30pm Biomechanics/Nutrition One-to-One/Massages*
  • 8.00pm Yoga
  • 8.30pm Biomechanics/Nutrition One-to-One/Massages*
  • 9.30pm Biomechanics/Nutrition One-to-One/Massages*
  • 9.30pm Bed/relax
  • A typical day’s menu…

  • 7.15am – Early morning snack (chocolate & date square)
  • 8.30am – Breakfast (buckwheat pancakes with poached pears)
  • 11.00am – Snack (raw carrots, celery & hung yoghurt)
  • 1.00pm – Lunch (spicy prawn & coconut soup with quinoa salad)
  • 3.30pm – Snack (carrot muffin)
  • 6.30pm – Dinner (salmon parcels with brown basmati rice and cucumber & poppy seed salad)
